Why is a Runtime Resource able to log in successfully but the rest of the business process is unable to run?
When designing a Process to be run on a Runtime Resource it must be remembered that the business process needs to be separate from the Login process. Login Agent is designed purely to perform user account actions such as logging in and out; changing a password; or locking and unlocking a screen.
If a business process needs to be run after a machine is logged in then it needs to be run as a separate subsequent process, and not included within a customized Login process. Although the Login Agent software will be able to process its pre-defined actions, it will not have the necessary permissions and capabilities to run other actions.
